TEdec Support / TEdec University

 

TEdec users with a current Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) can access TEdec University, a collection of  training videos, support / training sign up forms, archives of newsletters and more.

A Username and Password is required.

 

TEdec University Login Instructions

 

On the top right of the TEdec Home Page, on the menu bar, point your mouse at "Login".

 

 

A Submenu will appear. Point and click on the "Enter User Name + PW" menu item.
(PW = Password)

 

You will see:

 

 

 

Enter your username and password then click on Submit button.
(TEdec Support will send you an email once a month with the current Username & Password)

 

 

You will see:

 

 

 

You can select an item from the TEdec University menu or click on

 

 

to return to the TEdec Home Page.

 

You will remain logged in until you close your browser.
